2. Hosting and server logs / Hosting und Server-Logs

This website is delivered through ChatGPT Sites, a managed hosting service provided by the OpenAI contracting entity applicable to our customer account. When you access it, technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system and response status may be processed to deliver the website, maintain stability, secure the service and prevent misuse.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable security obligations.

3. Optional site analytics and consent / Optionale Seitenstatistik und Einwilligung

ChatGPT Sites may provide the site owner with aggregate operational metrics. In addition, we offer an optional first-party measurement system hosted with this website. It remains inactive unless you select “Allow analytics” in the privacy settings.

The first-party system records event type and time, page path, reached content section, CTA location, booking-link click, contact-form stage, selected area of interest, case-video progress, a coarse device category, the referring hostname and available UTM campaign parameters. A random visit identifier is generated for the current page load only. It is not stored in a cookie or browser storage and is not used to recognise a visitor on a later visit.

Names, email addresses, form-field contents, complete IP addresses and browser fingerprints are not stored in the analytics database. The measurements are not used to create advertising profiles or for cross-site tracking.

The legal basis for optional analytics is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and, where applicable, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Your choice is stored locally in your browser for up to six months so that the website can respect it. You can withdraw or change your choice at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawal does not affect processing that took place before withdrawal.

4. Contact form and email / Kontaktformular und E-Mail

If you use our contact form, we process your name, company, business email address, selected area of interest and any available UTM attribution data in order to receive and respond to your enquiry. The form is transmitted through Plus Five Five, Inc., doing business as Resend, which we use as an email delivery provider. The form is only marked as successfully submitted after the email provider confirms acceptance. Optional contact-form analytics records only the form stage and selected area of interest, not the personal information entered into the fields.

If you contact us directly by email, we process your contact details and message for the same purpose. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. We retain enquiries and correspondence only as long as needed to handle them and to comply with legal retention duties.

5. Meeting scheduling through Cal.com / Terminbuchung über Cal.com

The “Book a conversation” button opens an external scheduling page operated by Cal.com, Inc., 2261 Market Street #4382, San Francisco, CA 94114, United States. Cal.com is not embedded in this website, and no connection to Cal.com is initiated until you select the booking button.

When the external page is opened, Cal.com may receive technical connection data such as IP address, browser information, referring URL and timestamps. If you make a booking, the information you provide and the meeting details are processed through Cal.com in order to schedule and administer the requested conversation. We do not append this website's UTM attribution data to the booking URL.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR for requested pre-contractual communication and otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Further information is available in the Cal.com Privacy Policy.

6. Media, cookies and local storage / Medien, Cookies und lokaler Speicher

The website serves its videos, images and fonts locally. Its own code does not add third-party media embeds, advertising trackers or third-party analytics SDKs.

We use browser local storage only to remember your analytics choice for up to six months. Optional first-party analytics sends limited event data directly to this website's server only after you have allowed it. The random visit identifier used by analytics exists only for the current page load and is not stored in a cookie or browser storage.

7. Recipients and processors / Empfänger und Auftragsverarbeiter

Depending on how you use the website, personal data may be processed by the OpenAI group entity providing ChatGPT Sites and its hosting, content-delivery, security and infrastructure providers; Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) for contact-form email delivery; Cal.com, Inc. for requested meeting scheduling; and the providers used to operate our business email and calendar accounts.

Where a provider processes personal data on our behalf, processing is governed by the applicable data-processing terms and, where required, an agreement under Art. 28 GDPR. Providers may also process limited account, security or usage information under their own responsibility where described in their privacy notices.

8. International transfers / Internationale Übermittlungen

Some providers and their subprocessors are located in the United States or other countries outside the European Economic Area. OpenAI's current Data Processing Addendum provides for Standard Contractual Clauses or an applicable adequacy decision for relevant transfers. Resend's Data Processing Addendum incorporates the EU Standard Contractual Clauses and states that Resend participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Cal.com states that it relies on Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy mechanism such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework for relevant transfers.

These mechanisms are intended to protect personal data in accordance with Chapter V GDPR. You may request further information or a copy of the applicable safeguards, subject to permitted redactions, by emailing partnerships@slayhouse.media.

9. Storage periods / Speicherdauer

Optional first-party analytics events are retained for up to 12 months. The analytics preference stored in your browser expires after six months. Contact enquiries, booking information and correspondence are stored only for as long as required to handle the request, comply with statutory retention duties or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. The respective providers determine their technical retention periods for platform logs, backups and security records within the applicable service terms.

10. Your rights / Ihre Rechte

Subject to the statutory conditions, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time for the future. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority, particularly in the EU member state of your habitual residence, place of work or the place of the alleged infringement.

11. Provision of data and automated decisions / Bereitstellung von Daten und automatisierte Entscheidungen

You are not legally required to provide personal data through this website. Technical connection data is necessary to deliver the website; without it, the website cannot be accessed. We do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

We update this notice when the website, its providers or the applicable legal requirements change.
