This website is delivered through ChatGPT Sites, a managed hosting service provided by OpenAI. When you access it, technical data such as IP address, date and time, requested resource, referrer, browser, operating system and response status may be processed to deliver the website, maintain stability, secure the service and prevent misuse.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in secure and reliable website operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log data is retained only as long as necessary for these purposes and applicable security obligations.

ChatGPT Sites automatically records total unique visitors and page views and makes these aggregate metrics available to the site owner. We use them to understand the overall reach and technical performance of this website. We do not add a separate analytics SDK or use these metrics to build individual advertising profiles.

Where required, international transfers must be protected by a mechanism under Chapter V GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards including standard contractual clauses.
